Heya!
I'm currently running 11.19, 64-bit. I added some pusher locomotives to the backs of all my trains for some extra acceleration. While attempting to fuel them, I noticed the inserter in the image will endlessly insert coal while the train is stopped. The coal doesn't end up in the locomotive though (maybe because it's slanted?), it's just destroyed.
I think it has something to do with the curved rail. The other inserters above it are on straight rails and they seem to work fine. Maybe inserters inserting to trains on curved rails should be forbidden?
This is the offending inserter.
Here's the save:

If you look carefully at the last wagon you will see it gets the coal. So the coal isn't destroyed, it just doesn't go where you expected it to go (i.e. - it looks like the inserter puts it in the locomotive, but in fact it puts it in the wagon.)
