Target product should show all machines where it can be made, even if they are done with different recipes.
Goods made by different recipes would be grouped together, but still displayed in same window.
Select recipe in machine doesn't show alternative recipes.
Some techs don't show all places where good productivity is boosted
This one doesn't show that it affects both valid assemblers and electromagnetic plants
Plastic bars also can be made in cryogenic plants
Rocket fuel can be made in cryogenic chambers too
There should be four valid - assembler, chemical plant, biochamber and cryogenic plant.

Thanks for the report; however, none of this is a bug.
In the 1st screenshot, you are selecting recipes which can be made in a chemical plant. If there were alternatives, they would be shown as separate icons.
The 2nd, 3rd and 5th screenshot show recipes, not machines.
The recipe in the 4th screenshot can't be crafted in the cryogenic plant, see "Alternative recipes" section.

Ah so it was sorted by recipes then.
And then different recipes despite having same output are treated separately.
