Deconstructing a pinned object and then using ctrl-z to replace it doesnt re-add the pin
How to recreate:
Pin any building (default keybind is alt+rmb)
use a deconstruction planner to have bots deconstruct the building (the pin will disappear when the building is removed)
press ctrl+z to replace the building (as a ghost) and even when a bot brings and places the building the pin wont reappear

there is a chance this is intended but im making this report because i found it odd and also just incase it IS a bug/oversight
