No access to coal synthesis

I don't see coal synthesis anywhere, either on my tech tree or on the Factoriopedia.

It’s in the rocket turret tech.

(And is performed in a Chemical plant, not an Assembling machine.)

I dont want to be that girl, but coal synthesis is unlocked by rocket turret as seen in your 1st screenshot (its next to the rocket turret if you look at the effects list)

Also in the factoriopedia you search for coal and vertical 3th option down is coal synthesis

So on both screenshots provided you can see that you have it unlocked and available. i think you just missed it when looking for it.
