[2.0.14-2] Mech armour quality does not increase equipment grid.

Post by Xannian »

What did you do?
- created uncommon mech armour and equipped it by picking it up out of the inventory and placing it in the armor slot with the mouse. I crafted it on Fulgora, with a mk3 assembler with no modules. the power armor mk2 ingredient was made in a mk3 assembler with 4 t2 uncommon speed modules.

What happened?
- Equipment grid did not change from 10x12 to 11x13. The engineers inventory did increase by 15.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
- I expected the Equipment grid to increase in size but alas it did not.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
- always appears to happen.

Cheers again and god damn you guys work fast on bugs and other things its amazing. have a great day/night :D

Thanks for the report however the save file clearly shows you have the armor on, and the armor grid is larger.

Are you sure you didn't have the GUI open for the old armor still when equipping the new? IT won't switch GUIs just by changing the worn armor.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

Yep that's the "fix", that's rather embarrassing sorry. I think i was misled by only one half of the GUI increasing in size and not the other.
Thank you again mate. you are a bloody machine.
