When adding electrical pole, it links wires but doesn't transfer power. See attached save. This has happened before, seems to especially happen when I over-build electrical poles using copy and paste.
In same save, moving the pole to the left a bit seems to work. My guess is that the problem is actually with the poles in the red circuit builders, almost like some of them aren't really there. When I clean up my copy and paste and remove a bunch of poles, then delete and re-build the pole in the middle between the red and blue rows, the electric flows as expected.

Thanks for the report however that is not a bug. All poles near top part of the screenshot contain 5 copper wires in which case the wires auto connect does not attempt adding extra wires to those poles. You can manually add the 6th wire or cleanup the electric network near the top.
