[2.0.11 win x64] lower quality items appear

So this is strange but i found these guys on a belt where they shouldnt be.

Ive seen this ~10 times with different items. Not sure how to reproduce it bcuz it looks random. Not sure if this is a splitters+manipulators filters fail or save-load problem but once every 3-4 hours i see my belts are full of lower quality items.

Different place, same problem. Right at the save location. Common plastic couldnt get there

Probably found the problem. Even distribution's Shift+C doesnt respect quality at all. If chest contains uncommon plates then it drops any quality plates into it
