Recipe in tooltip over items in `Map editor`

Not sure if it is a bug, but in `Map editor` over item, instead of current informationless tooltip (red circle), will be better to display the `Recipe` tooltip (green circle).

Thanks for the report. That is working correctly; that list does not show recipes. It shows all items - including ones without recipes.

You can see the title in the editor one: "Items" and in the assembling machine: "Select a recipe"
