Blueprint construction not completeing [0.18.19]

Not sure whether this started with the [0.18.19] version or perhaps was caused by the uplift from 0.18.18 to 0.18.19.
I placed a lot of blue prints for construction, but it is intermittently not completing construction, the most visible example of this is small patches of concrete not being filled in, you can see the ghost for it, and much of the concrete has been built around it, but it is not completing the build. I have also seen it miss power poles and fail to send explosives to remove cliffs. I've verified that I do not have a lack of materials for the build and that I have construction bot capacity and that they are within construction range of roboports, most of this is relatively evident since it has built most of the blueprint and only missing odd pieces.
These areas have been incomplete for at least 20+ minutes of game play. I have saved and exited, and restarted, it is still not completing the build. This may just be a glitch in my save but thought I'd report it in case it was more than just me.

They are trying, but they are running out of power over area without roboports so they go back. Not a bug

Got it, thanks, is there some way to turn on that view where I can see my bots on the map to better spot that on my own?
I've fixed that area but still have a power pole that is mysteriously not filling in, and some explosives that never got delivered.

Under F4 in Debug settings there is an "show-logistic-robots-on-map" option
