[0.18.18] Electricity Graphs out of whack

Even though I'm currently having a brown-out, the steam engines seem to not do their work fully in the graph and also the bar and graphs completely don't line up. Sorry if this has already been reported, I found nothing

The graphs seem fine to me, only the 33.8MW is in disagreement. Post the save please.

The values are dead on in the save provided, the steam engines do not perform constantly at full power because they are intermittently lacking fuel. NaB.

I thought 2 inserters per boilers was enough. Oh well, sorry for the trouble
