Refined concrete bug?

Refined concrete bug?
Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but there is grass showing through refined concrete. Seems a bit odd to still have grass showing after laying down large areas of refined concrete.

Not a bug. But there are mods to "fix" it. First one i found: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/CleanestConcrete

IMHO the weirdest thing is how this also applies to "Tutorial Grid" (which is NOT the tutorial grid??) when using /editor :
