"Solved" by comletely reinstalling the game (also deleted "c:\Users\zopl8\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\" folder.

When you deleted AppData\Roaming\Factorio, you deleted your graphics settings, so it reseted to normal graphics quality, which is default for you despite you having good GPU, but because you have only 6GB RAM. It's crashing because it is running out of memory.
