I started a Death World game (version 0.15.9); after a few hours I checked the evolution level and it was very high. On my first save, time alone had caused 0.17 worth of evolution after 3 hours 13 minutes!
I kept playing for a bit longer. At some point I saved my game, logged off for the night, and came back a different day.
I've just finished the game after 31 hours 50 minutes. Evolution is 0.84 total, and time is 39% of that -- so evolution due to time, after nearly 32 hours, is 0.33. Something has caused my evolution-due-to-time rate to drop dramatically.
My early saves are 0.15.9-0, and my last saves are 0.15.11-2.

Hello, this is not a bug.
The evolution factor doesn't grow linearly.
The formula is, that when adding evolution it is multiplied by (1-evolution)^2.
This means, that when evolution is 0.5, it grows 4 times slower compared to the start of the game. When it is 0.9 it grows 100 times slower (1-0.9)^2.
