Summary: On the last step of the Ghost Rail tutorial (Plan any path through the walled area), the pathfinder will sometimes plan a route which takes less than 50 pieces of rail. This requires you to place more rail even though the objective is complete.
Steps:
- Complete the Ghost Rail tutorial up to the last step.
- On the last step, rotate until the path chosen by the pathfinder uses many curved rails (see attached).
Result: The path is complete from start to finish, but only 33 tracks are used, so the tutorial is not completed until more unnecessary rails are added.

This is intended, the last step is more of a 'fun' step, just to demonstrate the usefulness of the rail planner,
And it is clear that all you have to do to finish is place 50 rails, there's no further requirement of full paths or even any order or logic to these 50 rail ghosts
