Add event "production complete"

TL;DR
Send a event notify after assemble machine/oil refinery/chemical plant/... production recipe finish.

What ?
I made a mod to make resources automation , I need the event notify. Now I can only record every "machine" and check the input/output inventory, low efficiency. :(

I would be quite concerned about the overhead cost, in large bases there would be thousands of machines sending notifications every tick. Having a tick box to say I want this machine to send a notification would be almost as bad, they would all have to check if they should be sending notifications. The only thing I can think would be the ability to make a mod-assembler, mod-chem-plant etc that would send notifications, that would only impact players using your mod.

This is a modding interface request, and should go on that board.

Already been requested and denied, as it would cause performance issues. viewtopic.php?f=28&t=47728&p=275519 . Also in viewtopic.php?f=28&t=44269&p=255754

Changes to the engine may have changed that somewhat, but I doubt it.
