U are using this mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/pyscience? For now i think it can't be fully compatible and u are using angel suite and its can't be fully compatible with py suite, just ask kingarthur with his mod viewtopic.php?f=219&t=59268

ya i had the same issue ..... im still not sure what the exact cause was... i has to spawn in some science 3 to get around it
