[Solved] Over 30 seconds between dispatching new deliveries

Hello!
In my factory trains leave depots only by one every 30 seconds. How do I increase this frequency?
I've attached the save file, all parts are connected properly.

I found this thread with a similar issue:

Optera recommends editing dispatcher_update_interval in config.lua - but I can't find config.lua in LTN mod folder or this parameter in other *.lua files.

1) How do I change it?
2) Would it solve the issue?

2017 is quite outdated.

Settings for LTN update frequency are in map settings, see the Manual under Mod Settings.

I tried changing it in the first place, but it has no effect on the game. Still, one dispatch every 30 seconds.
Currently I have update frequency at 1 and updates per tick at 50, and theoretically I won't need that much even when my 4k SPM starts working at full power.

I have solved my problem. There was nothing wrong with LTN - I just set request threshold as a positive number expecting that a station will be requesting items until this positive number is achieved.
