[Not a Bug] Logistic Bot delivery bug

Hello! As the name of the topic implies, I ran into the bug (probably) when trying to make a network, where I want to deliver a stack of "logistic bots" from one station to another. I have to mention that this is my first time using this mod, so maby I made a mistake or smth. So I created a provider station:

and sent signal to that station (lamp):

However, as you can see from the "LTN manager" for some reason provider station didn't accept this signal. Moreover, if I place another provider station after that LTN network won't recieve signal from that station too (The previously placed stations are perfectly fine, as can be seen from the screenshot and actually working with corresponding requester stations (the deliveries are successful) ).

Any ideas of what can be done? Or may be it is well-known thing that I didn't know.

Default thresholds are 1k.
Use threshold control signals to create smaller deliveries.
