I never seen this before.
Been using LTN for a while now and in my new krastorio 2 game i started getting this message.
All my trains work fine, ive watched them from start to finish, all is working fine
This happens on all my trains, coal, iron etc, not always but often enough to warrant a post
Why am i getting this error/notification?

Re: Why am i getting this error/notification?
The train timed out after 10 minutes.
Maybe loading or unloading was blocked/slow.
Maybe a traffic jam?

Re: Why am i getting this error/notification?
None of the above.
At first i assumed loading/unloading was slow and it reached the timeout timer but ive watched several trains and they finish loading/unloading way before the timer finishes counting.
I've also raised the timer to 360 seconds from the default 120
EDIT: I just noticed that the message seems to generate at the same time a new order is generated

There are two timeouts in LTN:
- Stop timeout, that will be triggered when your unloading is too long (120s by default)
- Delivery timeout, that will be triggered if overall delivery is too long (600s by default)
Looks like you triggered second one.
--- edit ---
For example, it may trigger if the outpost is too far away, train is too slow or intersections are too busy.
