Schedule added 1 second wait with "or" condition

I recently started a new map with 0.17 and LTN.
Once I set up the necessary research I created all the depot, requester and provider stations with LTN, just like I did in 0.16.

Strange thing is, that apparently there's an condition added that's "OR 1s passed" (see screenshot). Every time a request is set and a train is sent to fulfill it, it waits one second (which is 48 ore) at the provider and takes off even though there's about 4k requested.
I did not find any posts that address similar.

I checked if any mods could interfere by disabling the others, reinstalled factorio and LTN, but all this didn't help.
Anyone got an idea how to fix this?

I tested a sandbox scenario and it all worked as expected, no 1s condition...
Not sure if this is just a rare kind of bug...

Thanks for the quick reply!

Unfortunately resetting the settings did not do, but I managed to get it to work again:
The only setting I set was uncheck "finish loading".
Resetting settings and unchecking the tick did not help, so I tried to run a schedule with "finish loading" activated.

Once I had one train deliver with this setting, I unchecked it and now it's working as intended.
I have no idea why this did work...

I got almost the same problem. For me it says 0 secconds wait conditon.

What did I tried?

1. Resetting the Settings

2. Changing the Load until full condition (both on and off didn't worked)

3. Resetted the Settings again.

Still no succes

Nevermind. A Restart of the Game fixxed it.
