Second train ignore request thresold [not a bug]

LTN sending second train ignoring request thresold.

Sample:
Requested thresold = 8000. Requested iron = 10000.
Current iron is 1000. LTN send first train to delivery 9000 iron. Factory consume some irons. Current iron reduced to 900. LTN send second train to delivery 100 iron. Its very often situation.

All I can tell you from the provided information is that I am using LTN excessively myself and it never ignores thresholds.

Solved. Its not bug. My setup was wrong.
