[Fixed][0.17.79] desync on join (AutoDeconstruct)

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

Just 4 desyncs reports ... I could join the server again and "farm" more. It has a pretty high dropchance.

Thanks for report. Desync is happening around targeters to tin-ore.

Issue is because of AutoDeconstruct. Under heavy mode i had desync with AutoDeconstruct 0.1.14 (up to date version)
