My friend and I have been running a heavily modded server, and up until recently it has worked perfectly. However, with the addition of a very significant number of items in the server, we have started having desyncs. Initially we thought it was due to a specific item or two from a mod, but removing the items didn't help. We eventually came upon the solution of turning off the power so the other could join, then turning it back on after about a minute. This ensured that there wasn't a colossal amount of things occurring simultaneously when the other joined. This fixed it, for a period, until a recent modification to the factory where we added a huge amount of new items. This appears to have added too much for even a pause with the power off to solve. We've tested each of us hosting and hosting it from a linux server and joining that, and none of it works. There's just too much activity to have anyone join it, only to have someone host it and they play alone. Is there anything anyone knows of that could fix this issue, shy of disassembling parts of the factory?
Attached are the most recent desync log, the mod list, and the save.
