Desync with Upgrade Planner (Klonan)

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

Desync with Upgrade Planner (Klonan)

I'm using Klonan's Upgrade planner mod version 1.5.3, and when opening the planner, it sometimes desyncs other players on the server.
