[14.22][desyc with mods] Desync after leaving game

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

Got a desync whilst playing with some friends:

What we where doing:

player one: just left the game
Player two: Was doing nothing (reading FFF and had just added a logistics request)
Player three: was adding wires

Yes, indeed.

This is the second desync issue I've had on this map. Unfortunately, the first time I was too naive/stupid to not document it properly.
That desync was caused by placing a roboport down with 2 red wires connected to 2 inserters, that would check the Y/T signals for no. of robots in the network. I tried to place it over an existing roboport -> crash. Unfortunately I cant reproduce :(

The attached desync happened in a similar way. I was building railroad tracks with blueprints that has green/red wire. Unfortunately for some reason it does not always connect the red/green signal, and when I connected the first red wire I was desynced myself.

I run this Factorio MP instance outisde of Steam with it's mod list. It's version 0.14.22 Linux, running on Xubuntu 16.04 LTS and NVIDIA 367.57 graphics.

Post the .ziped mod folder as well.
@ Hans:
Just to make sure, you where connected to the same game matjojo was?
Your desync report is incomplete and therefore of no use. Did you wait for the download to finish afterwards? If you did then see the FAQ on where to find the actual report.

Yes I was player three in the story.

So same map, server and mod pack.
Matjojo also experienced a desync .

Sorry I didn't read the FAQ properly. I've attached the mp-download (save at moment of desync) and factorio log file as well. I was connecting power poles manually like I said.

In the log file I continued playing in the map for a bit, so timestamp 2583 is the point of interest.
