[2.0.20] Desync on dedicated server

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

After restarting server the first person gets in just fine, all other logins desync. If player 1 exits and rejoins, he is desynced.
