[0.18.12] Desync while using Helmod planner

Me and a friend were playing on my server, and I tried to change the assembling machine tier in a component of the Helmod recipe for basic electronic circuits. At this point, I was desynced, and factorio crashed immediately without offering a desync log. I rejoined and tried again, and this time I was presented with this desync report[0]. After that, I restarted the server and we both rejoined. Trying to reproduce this issue again resulted in my friend, not me, being desynced. We tried this multiple times, and it happened every time. One of these desync reports is also available[1].
