I came up with this tileable design and tweaked after reading the posts in this thread:
Uranium reprocessing is first in the line to make sure it always work.
Next in line are the Uranium Processing. The input inserters are limited to only work when it´s less than 500 fuel cells in storage. (I always want a surplus of them)
They feed the kovarex centrifuges in the bottom line.
The last centrifuge (the one to the left) is the one you could/should hand feed if you want to quickstart it. It shoulc always have enough to start the next cycle since both the output and input inserters have the same speed.
The first centrifuge (to the right) is feeded by the top row and should start when they have produced 40+ and should then slowly activate the rest of the centrifuges.
Finally we have the simple process of making the cells. These output inserters are also capped to 500.
The U-238 left after this are feeded back in a loop with a buffer chest when teh belt is getting full.
When the buffer chest is filled up an inserter grabs uranium and put them in an active provider chest.
I haven´t measured how much it´s capable of produce, but it should be more then enough for a few reactors. And since it´s tileable you could easily place a few of them.

I decided to do kovarex using a 40:1 splitter chain to filter the U-235.
Can be expanded to support multiple centrifuges, but wasn't needed for me.
