4 Reactors ( 12 effective), 88 turbines (83 necessary + 5 for redundancy, can be removed) , 2 roboports. Produces stable 480 MW.
Needs 5 pumps minimum. Input for water is on the sides (into the heat exchangers) using underground pipes. Water should be input from at least 2 sides.

I get the point of the rotational symmetry, but I can't shake the feeling I'm looking at a swastika...Sorry.
