1div16 Priority Splitter
The basic idea is the splitter cascade. https://wiki.factorio.com/index.php?tit ... /Cascading

The advantage of this setup is, that - no matter what happens, the most right production line in this row still gets some iron. The disadvantage is, that it is a bit ... clumsy? :D I mean the whole construction is not really optimized, I think it can be made a bit smaller, more compressed. For example: The balancer to the belt that goes down is not needed. One output of this splitter is enough. You see also: The 1/8 splitter cascade (first picture, down) is also quite effective and 2 tiles smaller.
The express splitters are not 100% needed, you can build that also a bit different or leave them out.
