Imagine you want to load a specific wagon or some arbitrary number of wagons with a specific arbitrary amount of bulk goods and this number does not correspond to the stack size. It needs to be count perfect. And it needs to be fast. No rinky dink single inserter based solution bottlenecking everything will do. And you don't wanna be messing around with overloading and then unloading and recycling excess either.
Well, this is what I came up with.

This runs at up to 4x blue belt speed.
Here's the BP book with included demos. The demos require the creative mod, nixie tubes, and text plates.
