Kovarex with minimum logistic requirements

Hello!

I am trying to build a kovarex automation process with following rules:

Rules:
1. All catalyst material (40 U235 + 2 U238 per cycle) is moved from one Centrifuge to another Centrifuge directly by inserters in these exact numbers per cycle. Whole amount of catalyst is moved within two turns of inserters.
2. All output/input is moved into/from belt around (3 U238 in + 1 U235 out + possiby 1 U235 out when productivity module triggers production).
3. Without any combinators, but logistic network allowed (with simple conditions at inserters).
4. Can be started manually (at the start only)

And here is my current solution (see pictures and blooprint below). The only problem here is I did not resolve these two points yet:

Current problems:
A. When U238 is low, process stops (naturally) but it did not start when U238 is resupplied back. You need to start the process manually.
B. When belt is overfilled U235, process did not stop and start accumulating U235 within Centrifuge.

I actually solved these two points by a trick that whole thing is disconected from power when there is not enough of U238 or too much of U235. I just wonder if I can achieve that some more elegant way.

Description:
The green inserter simply read its content into "on hold". Stack size is set to 10.
Middle white inserter is enabled when U238 > 0. Stack size is set to 10.
The most central inserter has no condition, no read, no connection to any other inserter. Stack size is set to 10.
White inserter for U238 input is enabled when U238 > 0. Stack size is set to 3.
Purple inserter for U235 output is enebled when U235 > 0. Stack size is set ti 2.

Note:
For the more smooth process it is recommended to fill Centrifuges with more material from start so there will be always one full input.
