[Mod 1.1] Auto Track Laying

It's a simple mod that automatically builds tracks from ghosts when you walk over them. It also works while in a train or other vehicle.

It's meant as a less tedious way of laying tracks before you have bots, but can still be useful even when you have bots, especially when inside a train. It will build any tracks (and signs and stops and such) in front of the train/vehicle you're in. Should work out of the box without any configuration needed.

I'd also like to thank user Pi-C (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=58743) for his work on the mod too. He made sure it was properly compatible with BI (and probably many other mods).
