[MOD 0.11.x] Basic planner - 1.0 beta

Hello there.

Here is my attempt to add some planning.
After basic research you will be able to make planner paper out of raw food and then planner items out of planner paper. There are round 1x1, triangle 1x1 and square 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5.
ATM planning items are implemented as decorations.
i.e. you can place them anywhere. However, this have drawback - they can overlap, and thus you cannot swipe-place 2x2 and bigger planner items, and swipe-placing 1x1 items produce some noise.
I might change them to simple-entity in the future.

Excellent.

One small thing, however; You have to manually rename the folder to 'basic-planner_1.0.0' (In 11.6 at least) when you place it in the mods folder otherwise the game refuses to start.

Edit: Also would it be possible to make these rotatable? For inserter directions and such.

You don't need to unpack zip file. Just drop it in mods folder as is and it will be loaded fine
Unfortunately I can't make them rotatable. At least I don't know how to.
I want planning items to remain being decorations to avoid interference with everything else.
