How does it compare to the normal personal roboport?

3 times as good, radius of 50x50 as opposed to 30x30, 3 times the charging and bot capacity. 3x the energy draw

Shouldn't this have a better description and presentation than, "Here it is!"?

The question is, can it do Logistics?

What would be the benefit of that?
The personal roboport's radius (even the advanced one's) is not big enough that it really helps to get materials from chests.

And for the most part, your general production area, where you craft the high-tier products is covered by roboports anyway.

Only thing I personally like to see with modded roboports is a way to turn on or off their usage. So I don't have them going nuts when ridding a tank or doing something I don't need them for hehe.

If it were possible for logistic bots that are controlled by personal roboport to pull stuff out from player inventory (or trash slots) it'd make turret creep with ammo-based turrets much easier:
just put down the blueprint, get it built and logi bots fill the requester chests with ammo.

Though I guess most people use lasers instead of gun turrets for defense/attack so I can see why it's probably not a common use.

As a relatively new mod-using player, I'm still looking around all those nice little mods,
and thus i saw this very old question as well as a possible solution to achieve similar results :

(only if player has required items inside main inventory).
