[MOD 0.16] Compact Power

i've given this mod some more thinking and i must say that i'm not entirely happy with how it's balanced.

I'd like to make a different version of the mod , or maybe i'll have to come up with a whole new mod, would it be okay if i took some of you code? it's pretty cool written

whenever I launch the game with this mod it comes up with C:/Users/Games/AppData/Roamind/Factorio/mods/compact_power-dev.zip/info.json not found
what can I do to fix this

well i don't know about you guys but it does not work for me at all in game. i made 4 purple ones to replace the 1000 grey ones i had deleted all grey ones tried hooking up 4 purples ones nata...shows on the panel its got power but it wont connect to the overall power...i tried all ways.....is there something im missing yes i have them connected. anyone?

I am getting the same problem. Plop one of the beefier panels down, and the panel shows that it is obtaining power, but it shows no power going through the power lines, and as soon as you drop a regular solar its working. I used every electric poll from very basic all the way down to the power station MK2 and no power. I also tried every panel and they all act the same

The only thing you're saving on building them is space and some electricity poles. so.. Can you make a version that would take the same amount of panels as the energy output you get? = 10 lower tier panels (+ the same as before circuits&research pack) for the mk2 ..

Remember this mod was made for 0.11.x.
You have absolutely no indication it might work for 0.12.30.

Here's a donation to your mod... different graphics for the different solar panel levels to reflect more effecient (yet more complicated) solar panel designs.

• Now it works with 0.15
• Added tiered accus.
• Tier-up rate now x4 instead of x10 (4/16/64/256 in one)
• But costs are lower - x4 items of previous tier + some circuits
