Changes Space Exploration to make the game easier.

Current Changes:
Landfill Recipes (25 times input to output ratio, compared to normal)
Landfill Recycling Recipes (can now be done in assemblers)
Creator of multiple mods, including Quality Assurance - My most popular one.
