Long Description

Decrease inventory slots for built-in storage chests. Player and other storage remains unchanged. Smaller chests means less wasteful storage of thousands of items in small boxes.

This mod is intended to be used in tandem with the Warehousing mod, which it also reduces the storage size of. You are *not* required to use Warehousing in order for this mod to work.

As a final tweak, the mod reduces the prohibitive research cost of logistics (and logistics warehouses).
Eventually, I'd like the pallets to visually show the items stacked on it - without pressing alt, and without that nasty black vignette behind each item. Think commodities stored in warehouses in games like Zeus, Caesar, Pharaoh, etc.

Wow, only 1-4 stacks per container! That's a bit hard.

Really, the stack sizes would need a lot of tweaking to be more realistic; e.g. 50 assemblers per stack? It should be more like 1 per 4 or 9 stacks. But... this is a game, after all.

Thanks, I've fixed that link.

I would recommend VersepellesHardStorage if it gets updated! My mod was originally meant to keep items persistent in the world, not just while on belts. Given the challenges of making that work, I settled for limited storage.
