Long Description

Adds MK3 and MK4 versions of Portable Batteries cause those MK2s are teeny tiny for your energy needs.

MK3 stores 2000kJ (with 20MW in/output) and is Red.
Uses 10 MK2s and 20 Processing Units.

MK4 stores 10,000kJ (with 100MW in/output) and is Violet~ <3.
Uses 10 MK3s and 20 Processing Units.

I have almost 0 knowledge of coding Lua, I just reverse-engineered this from the mods I have and the Base Factorio, so I'm sorry if there's any problems I can't fix >~<
