if yes... try delete "%appdata%\factorio\crop-cache.dat", old cache can call sprite rendering problems..
if no... try deactivate other mods =)
My mod not have invisible enemies... may be lurker stay near? he attack at spikes on large area... or... this may be standart biters... my mod replace this sprites from empty space... i do this to get more free memory for new sprites... if you use other mods... hi can return biters to spawn list but no return sprites for him.

- Reduced attack range of Roach ... now he enters the zone of fire 5mm turret.
- Reduced the range Hydralisk .... now it gets in the zone of fire 7mm turret.
- Increased the range of 12mm turret.
