[0.13] Mod portal quility of life suggestions

The mod portal makes finding mods so much easier but installing a ton of mods can get tedious with the restart every time a possible change is adding a check box to select a group of mods before installing this is large quality of life feature as it reduces the number of restarts needed before being able to start playing with the mods you want. There is no marker to tell what mods are installed without trying to download again a possible change is adding a small tick mark on the mods installed this is only a small non important quality of life features as it don't lead to a unneeded restart.
