Mod portal - thumbnail upload issue

Yesterday I uploaded two new mods to the mod portal.
Both of them had a thumbnail included and in both cases is displayed just fine in the in-game mod gui.
However, on the mod portal, there's an invalid image icon instead of the thumbnail on both mods. Right-clicking on it and clicking "open image in new tab" leads to 404 error page.
Because the thumbnails work fine in-game, I assume it's a bug with the mod portal.

I tried to change the thumbnail slightly and upload a new version of the mod, but the thumbnail still doesn't show.

I also found another mod from some other person uploaded around the same time, which has the same issue:

Is there anything which could be done about this except uploading those mods under another name?

sorry about that, the upload to cdn from the image uploader stopped uploading all the thumbnails should be visible now
