[Suggestion] Additional Quicklinks on Mod Portal Startpage

Hi there.

I'd really love to have an additional quicklink (url: "https://mods.factorio.com/mod/<mod name>/changelog") for direct access to a mod's changelog, similar to the direct link for mod 'download' on the mod portal start page for every mod listed.

It'll probably not be used by everyone, but speaking for me I usually look at the changelog for most mods I use. A quicklink here would save the necessity to click twice and load two pages (first the mod page, next the changelog page)
