This is a two-part post.
First, up/down voting of mods or some other user rating system would be great.
Second, there are some mods which are totally redundant. Perhaps even to the extent that they should be checked into for license issues? But assuming that no toes are stepped on, I think this is perhaps an opportunity to enhance organization.
For example:
These two are basically the same but look different. Different authors.
https://mods.factorio.com/mods/Kayron/Robo-Charge
https://mods.factorio.com/mods/Hertizch/RoboCharge
Not much of an issue right now with just the 2 of them but if a lot of redundant mods start to appear then we might want to have a way to deal with this.
These are the same except for magnitude of effect, they are clearly a set from the same author:
https://mods.factorio.com/mods/DRY411S/RecycleRatio010
https://mods.factorio.com/mods/DRY411S/RecycleRatio020
https://mods.factorio.com/mods/DRY411S/RecycleRatio040
https://mods.factorio.com/mods/DRY411S/RecycleRatio050
And of course there are cases like Bob's mod having multiple mods in a set that are dependent on eachother, but that was already mentioned in a different thread. So perhaps in my example the author could have made them a "set"?

Also, clicking on an author should bring up a list of the mods they posted.
