Angel+bob : lost my woodboard from wood recipe?

Using Angel+Bob mod pack, I recently synced a game to a laptop that I *think* has the same mods, but for some reason the ability to make wooden board out of wood doesn't seem to exist. I can find the wood->woodboard recipe in FNEI, I just can't tell an assembler to make it. I can only make wooden board out of paper, and I apparently have not researched that pathway. Any idea what happened?

Ah I see... it is there under "angel's components" category. It was just the find that would not show the alternate recipe.
