The recipe seems to be considerably more efficient than it's Angel's counterpart, producing ten times the NaOH per unit saline and more chlorine than hydrogen (albeit significantly less gas total), while needing 75% of the production capacity; see the Helmod calculations below. (Both comparisons were calculated using Angel's tier-1 electrolysers for both recipes.)
