Angle's Bioprocessing - Fish butchery - Free?

Dear non-fellow-plebes,

Are fish butcheries supposed to be free? The assembler recipe calls for... nothing, and begins producing the moment I select the recipe. Also, my "nei" tells me there's no recipe that levac, dorfplorplefer..., and santa ray, are used in. I checked to make sure the mod was up to date, but it may totally be a conflict with other mods.

I'm doing Bob, Angles, Pyonodon, and MadClowns. Why? Because when I first started using mods I read a post that said they'd like to see a new person attempt that combo... this is my 3rd itteration so far, the prior two unsuccessful. I'm going to do this!
