[Bug] Angel's Industries, missing robot charging

Hio Angel,

there seems to be a bug in the "small logistics zone expander", it's missing the robot charging capability.
I assume this is an error, because if not, then there is absolutely no difference between the "small logistics zone expander" and the "small construction zone expander". and the construction zone expander even has the construction capability.

If i look a the middle-version of this two, the robot charging rate is the deciding difference between this two, and this was also the case in the old version, "angel's logistics"

Both logistic and construction zone expanders have no charging capabilities. One gives only provides the logistic zone, the other provides both. Building and energy costs for all of them will be scaled at a later point when building components are ready.
