[raiguard][1.1.104][Linux] Freezes after mod-change on steam-overlay and refocussed window

Hey there,

I have noticed this type of freeze for quite some time now, over many versions. I could not find any bug ticket describing this problem so here you go:

To reproduce the bug,
1) make some changes to the mod list then reload factorio.
2) start or load a game.
3) open the steam overlay with shift+tab or send factorio window in the background (other desktop).
4) factorio freezes.

I am running arch linux with awesomeWM and have a 2060 nvidia card.

Thanks for the report. This appears to be a Steam issue. I will reach out to the Steam devs to work towards a resolution.
