[Klonan] [1.1.88] Mod info scroll distance persists between viewing different mods

While browsing mods through the mod browser I noticed a persistence issue with the mod info panel.

On the install tab, I select Krastorio 2 and scroll halfway down the page. If I now proceed to select Space Exploration it will be partially scrolled down with the exact same offset that I scrolled on the Krastorio page.

The mod description in the same window also suffers from the same persistence issue. Example: I select LTN and scroll the description all the way down. I now select Combat mechanics overhaul, which now is scrolled all the way down, and scroll the description all the way up. Upon reopening the LTN page it is now scrolled all the way to the top.

The expected behavior for both of these would be to always start at the top with 0 offset upon opening.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Select Mod 1
2) Scroll down info page
3) Select Mod 2
Mod 2's page will now be scrolled down by the same amount as done on Mod 1's page.
